I am a Junior Software Architect working for IntercomponentWare AG in Walldorf, Germany. Most of my time I am working on OSGi and security related topics in the life science sector. Before that, I worked at IBM Research in Hawthorne, NY as a visiting Scientist, where I spent most of my time with projects related to OSGi, UIMA and Eclipse. Before I got there, I also worked for IBM and RTL2 Television in Germany and did some IT consultancy jobs during my studies at the university. Whenever I had time, I also tried to teach. I think this is one of my secret passions - seeing people actually using what you taught and appreciating the knowledge gain is just great.
